You may use TREETL for lawful purposes in line with these terms. You are responsible for the information you enter into tools and for how you use their results.

Every TREETL tool produces an estimate to help you think through a problem. Results are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision. Always verify important figures with a qualified professional.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Paid plans (Plus and Business) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in line with Stripe's policies and any applicable local rules.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to bypass plan limits, reverse-engineer tools, scrape the catalogue at scale, or use the product to harm others or break the law.

You own the inputs you save and the scenarios you create. TREETL owns the tools, the catalogue, and the service. You grant us the limited right needed to store and display your saved data back to you.

We work to keep TREETL available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or retire tools and features, and may introduce new paid tools over time.

TREETL is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on tool results.

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the product. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
