TREETL is a curated marketplace of micro-tools. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run your account and your toolbox.
Information we collect
Account information you provide when you register, such as your name and email address.
Tool inputs and results you save to your toolbox, saved scenarios, and tool usage history, stored so your work follows you across devices.
Business profile details you choose to add, such as your industry, country, and working assumptions, used to personalise tools and recommendations.
Limited usage analytics — which tools are opened, searches performed, and plan selections — used to improve the catalogue and the product.
How we use your information
To operate your account, persist your saved tools and scenarios, and display your toolbox.
To process subscription payments through Stripe. We do not store your full card details; card data is handled entirely by Stripe.
To personalise tools using your saved details and business profile, and to recommend relevant tools and packs.
To communicate with you about your account, payments, and significant changes to the service.
Payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription and billing details are managed by Stripe; TREETL receives confirmation of your plan and renewal status, not your card number.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run TREETL (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider), each under appropriate contractual protections.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your saved tools, scenarios, usage history, and profile details in line with our standard deletion process.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your saved details and business profile from My Toolbox at any time. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the product. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
